New Nutrition Group Coaching Program
My 12-week Nutrition Group starts on Tuesday 26th January. It is a closed group for a maximum of 8 women.
The group is designed for women who are struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating and chronic dieting. This group will provide a confidential, empowering and supportive network to help you achieve your health goals.
At the end of the 12-weeks, you will have the option to enrol in the advanced 12-week group program.

Each session comes with a recording of a workshop for you to revisit or use if you’re unable to make a particular session.

As a member of the group coaching programme, you will also have access to my Saturday morning Pilates class. Don't worry if you cannot make the live session as you will have access to a library of classes.
Resources to deepen your understanding
You can revisit the material covered as many times as you wish.
At the beginning of each 4-week module, you will receive a syllabus and link to resources that you can work through and revisit at any time.
