It has been too long since my last Pilates routine on YouTube and so I thought I'd ease everyone back in with some shorter routines. I've designed this side-lying routine for beginners; moreover, it's ideal for small spaces. This is a 5-minute workout routine which you can do alone or in addition to your current routine.
